Data we collect

Through the forms on this site we collect only the data you choose to give us: name, email, phone, city, professional category, links to your portfolio or social profiles, company and project details (for brands) and the content of your message.

Purposes and legal basis

• Assessing your application as a talent and contacting you;
• Replying to collaboration requests from brands and companies.

Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and in any case for no longer than 24 months, unless a collaboration begins.

Recipients

Your data is not disclosed to the public. It may be processed by technical providers acting as processors, in particular Netlify, Inc. (hosting and forms), including transfers to the United States under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

Your rights

You may ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing or withdraw your consent by writing to talents@luxour.vip. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Cookies

This site uses no profiling cookies or tracking tools. It stores your language choice in your browser. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash, which may receive your IP address in order to deliver them.
